5. Select an option to toggle between "ON" and "OFF".

• Apply Labels - This option prompts you with a reminder to

apply the Confirmation Service Label to your package.

• Upload Records - This option prompts you to upload any re-

cords processed but not yet uploaded. Prompts occur when

completing a batch of Confirmation Service transactions,

when waking from sleep mode, and at power up.

• Print Receipt - This option prompts you to print receipts after

uploading Confirmation Service records.

• Record Storage - This option prompts you to enter a number

between 1 and 250. This number determines when the ma-

chine will display a "Low Record Storage Warning", indicat-

ing that the amount of the machine's memory left for storing

confirmation service records is getting low and you should

upload records at the next available chance.

• Postal Manifest - This option prompts you to print a postal

manifest after uploading Confirmation Service records.

6. Press Enter when done.

This option allows you to enter the mailer ID needed by the USPS

Conﬁ rmation Services records from your machine.

1. Press Menu.

2. Select "Setup".

3. If necessary, press the green down arrow key to scroll through

the menu screens.

4. Select "Mailer ID/DUNS Number".

5. If there is text displayed that needs to be changed, press the

black "c" key to clear the text.

6. Type in the 9 digit Mailer ID/DUNS Number and then select

"Accept".

7. Press Home when done.
